Ypatia joined CPA Law in 2024. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance and member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in Law and Information and Communication Technologies.
As a certified DPO, she handles and assists on cases involving data breaches and privacy violations, navigating through the legal complexities and ensuring compliance with GDPR, cybersecurity laws and other relevant regulations.
Ypatia, is providing legal advice and offering legal solutions to businesses operating in the digital marketplace; providing critical insights into the legal implications of emerging technologies (like blockchain, crypto-assets, AI applications, etc) and advising businesses on competition regulation, whistleblowing solutions and overall digital operations.
She also provides strategic counsel to stakeholders in the energy sector, understanding of both traditional and renewable energy sectors.
