Vasileia Kokkinaki

Valia joined CPA Law in 2021. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance and member of the Athens Bar Association, with expertise in tax law.

She has extensive experience in litigation services and dispute resolution in pre-litigation procedures related to domestic Tax Law as well as in clients’ representation before the competent Tax Authorities and before Greek Administrative Courts. She is also specialized in the provision of legal advice to multiple legal entities and individuals on specialized tax issues, mostly in relation to the application of the Income Tax Code (income taxation, tax residence, Double Tax Treaties, etc.), the Tax Procedure Code (such as tax audits, joint and several liability, administrative appeals, etc.), VAT and stamp duty. She is also engaged in providing legal advice on EU and International taxation, mainly regarding the exchange of information and the administrative cooperation in the field of taxation, including the Mandatory Disclosure Rules for reportable cross-border arrangements (DAC6/MDR) and the Automatic Exchange of Information for Financial Accounts (CRS/FATCA).
