Nelly joined CPA Law in 2025. She is a managing lawyer and a member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in environmental law, urban and spatial planning law, real estate and energy law. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to public entities, private investors and local government bodies in relation to the planning and licensing of various types of projects and infrastructure. In particular, she focuses on the zoning, licensing, connection to the grid and participation in the electricity market of renewable energy and electricity projects. She is also experienced in the drafting, negotiation and legal review of regulatory decisions and contracts, as well as the preparation of related due diligence reports. Before joining CPA Law, she was a managing associate lawyer in the energy team of KBVL, which is part of the Deloitte Legal Network. Prior to joining KBVL, she provided legal services in the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department of the Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO).Prior to joining IPTO, she worked as a special advisor to the Minister and the Secretary General for the Environment at the Ministry of Environment and Energy, and later to the Minister of the Interior and the Green Fund, specializing in environmental permitting, spatial and urban planning law, and waste management.
