Maria Fragkedaki

Maria joined CPA Law in 2019, after seven years of experience as an associate in a well-known Greek business law firm. She is a Member of the Athens Bar Association and a qualified Court of Appeals lawyer.

Her professional experience covers a wide range of legal services both of civil and commercial law. She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, such as sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate properties, lease agreements concerning commercial stores and hotels and hotel management agreements. She also has specialized knowledge and experience in banking transactions, especially loan and other facility agreements to businesses and syndicated bond loan agreements. She advices corporate clients on various day-to-day corporate law matters, such as companies’ incorporation, corporate secretary, shareholders’ agreements and share purchase agreements, while she also participates in the due diligence team of CPA Law in respect of M&A projects.
