Liana commenced her cooperation with CPA Law in 2002 as one of its founders/partners. From 1990 to 2002 she worked with KPMG (Tax Department). She is a member of the Athens Bar Association and practices law before all Greek Supreme Courts. She is specialized in the commercial, labor, social security and immigration law as well as in Regulatory Compliance related legislation (mainly on the Protection of Personal Data).
Liana has extensive experience in legal and labor due diligences, as well as in audits related to Compliance on miscellaneous Regulatory issues, Data Privacy among them, as well as in labor restructurings of international groups of companies, incorporation and operation and management of companies of miscellaneous legal forms and activities, and in projects related to immigration of expatriates. She has published articles in legal magazines financial newspapers and in financial news sites.
