Lawyer / Director
Irini joined CPA Law in 2002, having previously worked as a tax advisor with KPMG in Greece.
She is member of the Athens Bar Association and Director of our Firm. She practices law before the Supreme Court and has extensive experience in employment law (especially in the areas of employment agreements of employees-executives, secondment related issues, labour restructurings and labour due diligences), social security law and immigration law.
She also has significant experience in corporate law issues, advising both Greek and multinational companies in relation to establishment, operation and regulatory compliance of companies and branches as well as in other commercial law issues including corporate restructurings and legal due diligences.
