Georgia joined CPA Law in 2024. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance and member of the Athens Bar Association, specializing in International and European Energy Law and Corporate and Business Law.
Georgia is involved in international and European Energy Law (issues such as licensing and operation of energy facilities, drafting and negotiating contracts in the Renewable Energy Sources - RES sector and more generally providing legal advice on energy law and regulatory compliance), Corporate and Business Law (issues such as corporate governance and compliance, developing and implementing legal compliance strategies that are aligned with clients' objectives, maximising the efficiency of their business, and providing legal advice on energy law and regulatory compliance) and Employment Law (especially in the areas of employment agreements of employees-executives, secondment related issues etc). Provides legal advice and drafts legal opinions on a wide range of legal issues, primarily in the areas of Energy, Corporate, Business, Commercial and Employment Law.
She also has experience in Real Estate Law (leases/sales, damages, torts, renting properties, conducting research in Land Registry Offices in Greece, etc.).
