Fotoula Kostourou

Fotoula joined CPA Law in 2025. She is a qualified Court of Appeals lawyer and member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in civil, banking and commercial law.

As the Legal Manager of the Central Legal Department of PQH S.A., Fotoula provided legal support and drafted legal opinions on corporate governance issues of PQH and the subsidiaries of credit institutions under special liquidation, such as share transfer agreements and corporate secretariat support. In addition, Fotoula served as PQH’s Legal Advisor on all matters of contract law and has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing service agreements, lease agreements and NDAs. She also provided legal opinions on banking and civil law issues concerning the special liquidation process of credit institutions under special liquidation. Fotoula further gained experience by providing legal support in banking law transactions, such as loan sale agreements involving non-performing loans (NPLs) of credit institutions under special liquidation.

Fotoula provided her services as an Associate at an esteemed Greek Law Firm in the Banking & Finance & Capital Markets Group. Fotoula conducted legal due diligence reports and drafted legal opinions on banking and corporate law matters. In addition, she drafted security agreements (e.g. pledge agreements) in high-profile financing transactions and provided legal support in large corporate financing transactions. Fotoula, also worked as a seconded Legal Advisor of the firm in a Greek systemic banking institution providing legal support and drafting legal opinions in retail banking cases. 

In addition, Fotoula served as a litigator of another Greek systemic banking institution. She handled numerous cases of banking law before courts specializing in matters of foreclosure and bankruptcy of individuals.
