Fotini Stampouli

Fotini joined CPA Law in 2025. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance and is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

Fotini focuses on Corporate and Commercial Law, dealing with issues such as corporate governance and compliance, developing and implementing legal compliance strategies that are aligned with clients' objectives, maximising the efficiency of their business, drafting of articles of association and the formation of all kinds of legal entities. Fotini also advises both domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial matters with regards to their day-to-day operation, including negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, provision of legal advice and drafting of legal opinions, as well as their regulatory compliance.
