Elena joined CPA Law in 2023. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance and member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law, M&As, Capital Markets Law and Real Estate Law.

She has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts across several industries (leasing agreements, franchise agreements, cooperation agreements, service provision agreements etc.) Elena is also engaged in general corporate matters such as drafting of company statutes and minutes, and establishment of all types of legal entities. She is providing legal advice and drafting legal opinions on several legal issues, mainly in the area of Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law. She has also participated in numerous projects of legal support for the acquisition and administration of real estate property in Greece.
