Athina joined CPA Law in 2024. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance and member of the Athens Bar Association, specialized in Banking Law, Capital Markets Law and Corporate Law.

She has experience in providing legal advice on regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II and SRD II, ensuring compliance and guidance for clients subject to complex financial regulations.

She has also experience in Real Estate Law (conducting the research at Land Registry and Cadastral Offices in Greece, the sale, purchase and rental of real estate, with providing legal advice) and Corporate Law (establishment of legal entities, drafting of company statutes and minutes).

Athina, is providing legal advice and legal solutions on day-to-day and complex legal issues for legal entities.
